Abstract
Surat edaran DIKTI nomor 152/E/T/2012 mengenai publikasi karya ilmiah, setiap perguruan tinggi wajib mempublikasikan karya ilmiah hasil karya perguruan tinggi tersebut. Sesuai PERMENRISTEKDIKTI NOMOR 13 TAHUN 2015 TENTANG RENCANA STRATEGIS KEMENTERIAN RISET, TEKNOLOGI, DAN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI TAHUN 2015-2019, Dalam rangka peningkatan dukungan bagi riset dan pengembangan dasar, pembangunan Iptek diarahkan untuk: (1) peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM Iptek; (2) pembangunan saranadan prasarana Iptek antara lain revitalisasi Puspiptek menuju STP yang maju dan modern serta pembangunan repositori dan diseminasi informasi Iptek; (3) Pembangunan repository dan diseminasi informasi Iptek; serta (4) Peningkatan jaringan Iptek melalui konsorsium riset.
